Halb Group focuses on growth through strategic acquisitions and leveraging its resources to drive organic growth within the agencies it acquires. To date, the company has completed more than 175 acquisitions, establishing more than 125 offices in 29 states.

In April, Halb Group expanded its employee benefits division in the Midwest by acquiring a book of business in Illinois. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, and the acquisition took effect earlier this month.
